Who these terms are with

Owner Workflows is a service of NeuEra Apps LLC, a California company based in Los Angeles. I'm Parham, and I run it. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean NeuEra Apps LLC, and "you" means the person or business using the site. You agree to these terms when you start the free review (the start screen says so, beside the button). They also apply to your use of this site. My privacy notice explains what I do with your information.

The site and the free review

• The site and the review are free, and you don't need an account.
• Your result and every estimate come from fixed rules and your own numbers. They are information to help you decide, not advice and not a promise of any result. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
• My search pages explain topics such as texting rules and call handling in general terms. They aren't legal advice. Check anything important with your own adviser.
• Please don't enter your customers' details, health information, bank or card numbers, or passwords.
• Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping or mass submissions, no attempts to break in or overload it, and nothing unlawful.

The inquiry inbox isn't available yet

• The inquiry inbox is a planned service. Its price on this site is a planned price. Nothing is sold or charged through this site today.
• Joining the founding list, by ticking the reply box or emailing me, only asks me to write to you when the inbox opens. It doesn't commit either of us to anything.
• Before anyone signs up, the client terms for the inbox and a privacy notice covering your customers' messages will be published here. They will apply to the service; these terms cover only the site and the free review.

If you write to me

If you ask me to reply, I'll answer by email when I can. I don't promise a reply or a response time. Short automated messages, such as a note that your message arrived, say they are automated.

Limits

The site and the free review are provided as they are, without warranties, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, from using the site or the review.

The law that applies

California law applies to these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts in Los Angeles County, California, as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I'll post the new version here with its date before it takes effect.
