Never lose a call or inquiry to a busy day.
When you're on a job or with a customer, calls ring out, voicemails wait and emails pile up. I'm building one inbox that catches every one of them, sorts them by how urgent they are, and gives you one daily list of who's still waiting, so you can call back first. It works with the phone, email and website you already have.
What's going wrong in your business?
Pick the one that costs you most. The review starts there.
How it works
- Answer the free review. It asks about your business, then about one problem, and works out what it costs you from your own numbers. Your result shows on screen. Often it says to switch on a setting you already have, buy a ready-made tool, change a routine, or leave things as they are.
- If lost inquiries are the problem, the inbox may fit. Your phone forwards the calls you don't answer, your email forwards new inquiries, and a form sits on your website. Every inquiry lands in one place.
- You get one list, and you call back. Urgent inquiries reach you at once. Every morning you get a list of who got in touch, what they need and who's still waiting. Once a month, a short check-up shows what came in and what slipped through.
What I won't do
- Promise results. Estimates are estimates, worked out from your own numbers, not guarantees.
- Sell you something you don't need. If a setting in your current software, a ready-made tool or a simpler routine fixes it, the review says so.
- Lock you in. The inbox is month to month, with no contract.
- Put an AI voice on your phone. Callers hear your own greeting. AI works behind the scenes.
- Work in regulated fields. I don't take work in law, medicine, dentistry, lending, tax or insurance.
Remote, and in writing
My service is remote, from Los Angeles, and written first. Email me about anything, and I deal with problems in order of urgency. You name someone in charge of your technical side, who sets up the forwarding. I never work on site.
AI is part of how I work
AI turns voicemails into text, sorts inquiries by urgency and drafts replies for you to send. AI makes mistakes, so you see every inquiry with its original message, and anything a customer receives says it's automated.
What I run myself
I don't have client stories to show yet. This is a new service. Here is what I build and run for myself.
Kalum, my international calling app
A live calling app on Google Play and the App Store. People buy calling credits with real payments. It runs on Flutter, Elixir/Phoenix, Twilio and Stripe.
Stopping a toll-fraud attack
Kalum was hit by toll fraud: fake calls to costly international numbers. I stopped it with limits on which regions can be called, call quotas and location checks.
Play Lounge
A real-time app with 1,600+ installs.
They show that I can run a live product with real money, real phone traffic and real rules.
