Privacy notice
Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Version 1 · Earlier versions
The short version
- This notice covers this website, the free Owner Workflows review, and the emails you send me.
- The review asks about your business, not about you or your customers. You don't need to give your name or email to use it or to see your result.
- If you give an email, I use it only for what you asked for.
- I'd rather hear from you in writing, by email.
- AI is central to my work. I may use AI tools to help me read your answers and emails, sort emails by urgency and draft replies, only on plans whose terms say they don't train on what I send.
- I don't sell your information, and I don't use it to train AI models.
- You can ask me to delete your information at any time, wherever you live.
Who I am
Owner Workflows is a service of NeuEra Apps LLC, a California company based in Los Angeles. I'm Parham, and I run it. I work remotely. In this notice, "I" and "me" mean NeuEra Apps LLC.
Privacy questions: parham@ownerworkflows.com
Mail: NeuEra Apps LLC, 1968 S. Coast Hwy #2044, Laguna Beach, CA 92651
What I collect
Your answers to the review. These are facts about your business: what kind of business it is, which US state it's in (or that it's outside the US), how many staff and locations it has, your role, and who makes decisions. They also include numbers you type in, such as calls, missed calls, appointments, no-shows, quotes, hours, a typical job value and an hourly cost. I also ask which software and phone system you use, some yes-or-no questions about features and limits, and which languages your customers use. I also ask who looks after your apps and phones (their role, never their name), who I would mostly work with if you went ahead, where your customer records are kept, how customers usually get in touch, and whether the work leaves a record you can look back on. Some questions have an optional text box, for example "Anything else?".
I save your answers as you go, including answers you don't finish. I also save your result.
An internal rating. After you finish, my system gives your answers a private rating of how well my service might fit your business: "pursue", "maybe" or "not for us". It uses facts about your business (its type, state, staff and locations), your role and who makes decisions, whether someone looks after the technical side, whether the work leaves a record you can look back on, your answers about work I don't take, and your result. It doesn't decide anything about you, and it never changes the result you see. It only helps me decide whether to follow up when you ask for a reply. I don't show it on screen or put it in any automatic email. If you ask me what information I hold about you, my answer includes it.
Contact details, only if you give them. Your email address, if you want a copy of your result or a link to continue later. Whether you ticked the box asking me to reply, which is also how you join the founding list for the inquiry inbox.
Emails you send me. If you email me, I get your message, anything you attach, and your email address and name as your email shows them. I keep my replies too, so we both have a record of what was asked and agreed.
How you found the review. The page on this site where you started, and the name of the website that sent you there (for example, a search engine). I also record which part of the review you reached and when. I also record that you saw my terms when you started, which version, and when.
Basic visit statistics. I use Umami Cloud to count page visits. It sets no cookies. When a page loads, Umami mixes your IP address and browser details with a code that changes every month to make an anonymous visit code, and it doesn't store your IP address. It keeps the page you visited, a few events such as "review started" or "review finished", the website that sent you, your rough location (country, region and city, worked out from your IP address), and your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language. It never gets your answers, your email or your name. Umami keeps these statistics for 6 months, on servers in the United States and the European Union.
Technical data needed to run the site. Like every website, this one receives your IP address and browser details when you visit. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, uses them to deliver pages and block abuse. I don't store your IP address with your answers.
What I don't collect
The review doesn't ask for your customers' names or details, health information, legal matters, bank or card numbers, phone numbers or passwords, and it has no accounts. Please don't type these things into any text box or send them to me in an email. If you do, I'll delete them when I see them. Never send me a password or an access key.
How I use it
- To show your result on screen.
- To save your progress so you can come back.
- To email you what you asked for: a copy of your result or a link to continue.
- To reply to you, if you ticked the box asking me to or wrote to me.
- To read and answer your emails, most urgent first, and keep a record of what we agreed.
- To write to you when the inquiry inbox opens, if you joined the founding list.
- To read, summarize and sort your answers and emails with the help of AI tools (see "AI" below).
- To see which questions are unclear or where people stop, so I can improve the review.
- To learn, from everyone's answers together, what owners struggle with, so I can decide what to build.
- To decide, using the internal rating, whether my service might be a good fit.
I don't sell your information. I don't use it for ads. I don't send newsletters.
Who I share it with
I don't share your information with anyone except the companies that help me run the site and my email. They handle it for me, not for their own purposes.
| Company | What it does for me | What it handles | Its terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the site, stores answers (in the United States), checks for bots, protects my admin page | Everything you send through the site; IP addresses in transit | Cloudflare privacy policy |
| Resend | Sends the emails you ask for | Your email address and the email's content | Resend privacy policy · Resend data processing addendum |
| Umami | Counts page visits without cookies | Page visits and a few events, never answers or contact details | Umami privacy policy |
| Namecheap Private Email | Hosts my email inbox | Emails you send me and my replies | Namecheap privacy policy · Namecheap Private Email terms |
| Anthropic (Claude API) | AI tools that help me read your answers and emails, sort emails by urgency, and draft replies | Your answers (never the email address you gave the review), and the emails you send me, on plans that don't train on them | Anthropic commercial terms · Anthropic privacy policy |
My own alert tool (n8n) sends me a message on Telegram in three cases: a finished review rated "pursue"; any time someone ticks the box asking me to reply; and any request to delete answers. The message says only which of these happened, the internal rating, the result, which part of the review it started from, the business type the page was about (if any), the page it started from, and a link to my admin page. It contains no answers, no email address, no name and nothing you typed. If that tool can't be reached, the same message comes to my inbox by email, sent through Resend.
I may also share information if the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order.
AI
Helping businesses use AI is what I do, and AI is central to how I run my own work. Here is what that means for you:
- The result you see on screen comes from fixed rules I wrote. No AI model decides it.
- After you finish the review, I may send your answers to an AI tool to help me read them, summarize them, and draft a reply. I don't send it the email address you gave the review.
- When you email me, AI tools may read the email, sort it by urgency and draft a reply. The tool sees what your email contains, including your name and contact details if they are in it.
- I check what AI drafts before I send it to you. The exception is short automated messages, such as a note that your message arrived, and those say they are automated.
- I use only business or API plans whose terms say the provider doesn't train its models on what I send. Today that means Anthropic (Claude API).
- I don't use your information to train AI models, and I don't sell it.
The inquiry inbox
The inquiry inbox isn't available yet. It would handle your customers' calls, voicemails, emails and form messages for your business. Before it opens, I'll publish a separate notice covering that information. This notice covers only the site, the review and your emails to me.
Cookies and local storage
I don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The review saves your progress in your own browser's local storage, so you can come back on the same device. Only this site reads it, and the review clears it after 30 days without use. You can clear it sooner with the "Start over" or "Delete my answers" buttons, or in your browser settings. If you use a calculator on one of my pages and then start the review, the calculator passes its numbers to the review through your browser's session storage; the review reads them once, asks you to confirm each one, and deletes them.
Do other companies track you on this site?
No. I don't allow other companies to collect information about what you do on this site over time or across other websites. There are no tracking pixels, no session recording and no chat widgets.
How I respond to Do Not Track signals
Your browser may send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. Because this site doesn't track you across websites, there is nothing extra for me to switch off. I treat these signals as a request not to be tracked, and I honor that for everyone. If your browser sends "Do Not Track", Umami doesn't count your visit at all.
How long I keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Answers you didn't finish | 90 days after you last used the review |
| Finished answers, when you didn't ask for a reply | 24 months. After that, I keep only totals (for example, "40 salons finished the review"), which don't identify anyone |
| Your email, if you gave it only for a copy or a link | 30 days after the last email I send you |
| Your email and our emails, if you asked for a reply | 12 months after we were last in touch |
| Emails you send me and my replies | 12 months after we were last in touch |
| Links to continue the review | 30 days, and they stop working once you finish |
| "Delete my answers" links in my emails | As long as your answers exist |
| Progress saved in your browser | Cleared after 30 days without use |
| A record that you asked me to delete your answers | 12 months. It holds only the dates, how many reviews were deleted and the reference code, not your answers or your email address |
| Server logs | 30 days or less |
| Backups | 30 days or less |
| Visit statistics (Umami) | 6 months |
When answers are deleted at the end of these periods, I keep only totals, such as how many people chose each answer (for example, "40 salons said missed calls are their main problem"). Totals never include anything you typed, and they don't identify anyone. If you ask me to delete your answers, nothing of them is kept, not even in the totals.
Your choices: see, correct or delete your information
You can do these things wherever you live:
- Delete. Use the "Delete my answers" button on your result screen or the link in any email from me. Or use the request form, or email parham@ownerworkflows.com, from the address you gave me or with the reference code from your result screen. To delete emails, ask from the address you used, and I'll delete them on my side.
- See or correct. Email parham@ownerworkflows.com from the address you gave me. I'll answer only to that address, and my answer includes the internal rating your answers got.
- Stop emails. Reply "stop" to any email, and I won't write again.
I'll do what you ask within 30 days, and usually the same day. I'll confirm when it's done, if I have a way to reach you. Deleted information leaves my backups and logs within 30 days, as they are replaced.
Security
I protect your information with reasonable steps. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only I can see the answers, through a protected admin page with two-step sign-in. Links to continue the review are random and expire. I don't put your answers in links, statistics or alerts. No system is perfect. If something happens that puts your information at risk, I'll tell you by email if I have a way to reach you.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent me information, email parham@ownerworkflows.com and I'll delete it.
Where your information is stored
My service is for businesses in the United States. Your answers are stored in the United States.
A note for people in California and other states
California law requires this notice, and I follow it. Some states give people extra privacy rights against larger companies. My understanding is that those laws don't apply to a business of my size that doesn't sell or share data. But I give everyone the same choices described above, wherever they live. I don't sell personal information of any kind.
Changes to this notice
If I make an important change, I'll post a notice at the top of this page and on the first screen of the review before the change takes effect. If I still have your email address, I'll also email you. A change that lets me do more with your information will apply only to information collected after the change, unless you agree. Every version stays available below, with its date.
