What do missed calls, quiet quotes and no-shows really cost you?
The Free Workflow Review is a set of guided questions about your business. It works out what one problem costs you, from your own numbers, and ends with a specific answer: switch on something you already have, buy a ready-made tool, change a routine, leave it alone, or, when inquiries keep slipping through, my inbox service.
It's free. No sign-up needed. Your result shows on screen.
First result in about 3 minutes. The full review takes about 10 more.
How long each part takes
| Part | What it asks | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Part 1 · About your business | What kind of business, how many staff, and the problem you most want fixed | About 3 minutes. Your first result shows here. |
| Parts 2 and 3 · Your problem, then fit and limits | Your numbers for last week, who handles it now, the software you use, and anything that rules a fix out | About 10 more minutes. Your full result shows here. |
You can go back on any screen. Your progress is saved as you go. You can leave your email to get a link and finish later.
What helps to have to hand
- Your phone's call log, or your booking app, if you want exact numbers.
- A rough idea of last week: how many calls, quotes or bookings.
- The names of the apps you use for phones, bookings and customer records.
Best guesses are fine. If you're not sure of a number, pick "Not sure" and choose a range.
What it won't do
- It won't book you into a sales call. No one calls you unless you ask.
- It won't promise results. Every estimate uses only your answers and is labeled as an estimate.
- It won't always say "buy something". Many results say to switch on a setting, buy a ready-made tool, or leave things as they are.
- It won't ask about your customers. No customer names, health details or passwords.
- It won't waste your time if you're in a field I don't serve. If your business is in law, medicine, dentistry, lending, tax or insurance, it tells you on the first screen, with the reason.
The six possible results
Every finished review ends in one of these six, or, if none of the four problems fits, a note saying the review doesn't cover it. Five of the six don't involve paying me anything.
| Result | What it means |
|---|---|
| One inbox for every inquiry | Calls or inquiries slip through, and at your numbers catching them is worth it. Next step: join the founding list for my inbox service. |
| Use a ready-made tool | A product you can buy for a monthly fee already covers this. Buy that. |
| Switch on what your current software includes | Software you already pay for has this feature. Turn it on. |
| Simplify | A change to how the work gets done fixes it, with no new software. |
| Leave it as it is | At your numbers, no fix would pay for itself. Keep doing what you do. |
| Not a fit | The work is outside what I take on. You'll see why, and what to do instead. |

The workflow to look at first: Calls nobody picks up
Why: Quo can text missed callers automatically, and it isn't on.
Your numbers: You said about 12 calls went unanswered last week, out of about 40 calls. 5 in 10 of those were people wanting new work: about 6 a week. You'd usually book 5 in 10 of them: about 3 jobs a week. At about $300 for a job, that's about $45,000 a year (50 working weeks) of jobs that may go elsewhere.

What to do: Switch it on: Phone number settings → auto-replies (missed calls, voicemails). Keep the text to one message that answers their call, with no promotion. After a few weeks, count missed calls again. If the number hasn't moved, take the review again.
What this estimate is not: a forecast or a guarantee. It uses only the numbers you gave, and it's directional, not a quote.
Next step: You don't need me for this. If you'd still like a second look, tick 'I'd like Parham to reply' below.
Your answers
The review asks about your business, not your customers, and I don't sell your answers or use them to train AI models. How your answers are handled · Privacy notice
Who's behind it
I'm Parham. I run Owner Workflows, a service of NeuEra Apps LLC in Los Angeles. I wrote every question and every result. No AI model writes your result; it comes from fixed rules. I'm also building an inbox service that catches missed calls and inquiries, for a fee, and the review will say when it might fit. It will also say when it doesn't.
Questions
Is it really free? Will someone call me?
Yes, it's free. No one calls you. If you want a reply, you can tick a box at the end that says "I'd like Parham to reply about this." Leaving your email without ticking that box means I only send what you asked for.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Your result shows on screen. You can leave your email to get a copy of your result or a link to finish later.
Will it just tell me to buy something from you?
No. Five of the six possible results don't involve paying me. Some say to buy a ready-made tool, switch on a setting, or leave things as they are.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. The questions are about your business: your calls, your bookings, your apps.
What happens to my answers?
They're saved as you go, so you can come back. I use them to show your result, to improve the review, to learn what owners need, and to decide privately whether your business fits the work I do. Details are on the data-handling page.
