How your answers are handled

• The review asks about your business, not your customers.
• I save your answers as you go, including unfinished ones.
• Your answers are linked to your email only if you type it in.
• I don't sell your answers, and I don't use them to train AI models. I may use AI tools that don't train on them to help me read your answers.
• You can delete them at any time: with the button on your result, the link in any email from me, the request form, or by emailing parham@ownerworkflows.com.

If you don't leave your email

I keep:

• Your answers, including unfinished ones. They're saved on my server and in your browser, so you can pick up where you left off on the same device.
• Your result, and a private fit rating I give each finished review. The rating is for me. It decides nothing about what you see: everyone gets their result. I don't show it on screen or put it in any automatic email; if you email me asking what I hold about you, my reply includes it.
• Which page you came from, so I know which pages are useful.

I don't keep:

• Your IP address with your answers.
• Your customers' names, or health, legal or bank-account details. Please don't type these into any box.

Your on-screen result comes from fixed rules I wrote, not an AI model. After you finish, I may use AI tools to help me read your answers and prepare a reply. I use them only on plans whose terms say they don't train on what I send, and I check what they produce. Your email address is never sent to them.

If you leave your email

I also keep:

• Your email address.
• Whether you ticked "I'd like Parham to reply about this."

I use your email only to send what you asked for: a copy of your result, or a link to finish later. Leaving your email doesn't mean I'll contact you. I write to you only if you tick that box, and then only if I can help. Ticking it is also how you join the founding list for the inquiry inbox. Your answers are never in the link itself, and the link stops working after 30 days or once you finish.

If you email me

• I keep your email, anything you attach, and how to reach you, so we both have a record.
• AI tools may read your email, sort it by urgency and draft a reply. I check drafts before I send them. Short automated messages, such as a note that your message arrived, say they are automated.

How long I keep it

When answers are deleted, only totals are kept, such as how many people chose each answer. They never include anything you typed and nothing in them points to you. Answers you ask me to delete leave nothing behind, not even in the totals.

Deleting your answers. Wherever you live, you can:

• press "Delete my answers" on your result screen;
• use the "Delete my answers" link in any email from me;
• use the request form (give your email or the reference code from your result screen);
• or email parham@ownerworkflows.com.

Backup copies are cleared within 30 days.

Services I use

I get an alert on my phone in three cases: a finished review I rated "pursue"; someone ticking the box asking me to reply; and a request to delete answers. The alert says which case it is, the rating, the result, where the review started and which page it came from. It carries no answers, emails, names or anything you typed.

My own promise not to sell your answers or use them to train AI models is mine. I choose AI plans whose terms say they don't train on what I send; for what each service does with data, see their terms above.

What this site doesn't use

No advertising cookies or ad trackers. No screen recording. No chat widget. Fonts load from this site, not from Google.
